What Pompato is
Pompato is a SaaS platform for independent businesses, operated by Pompato. Customers connect their own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts to manage posts, comments, messages, and account activity in one workspace.
The service is intended for independent customer businesses. Each customer authorizes its own accounts and assets: a business connects only the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts it controls, through Meta's own login and consent flow, and can disconnect them at any time.
How businesses use Pompato
- Connecting authorized accounts — a business links the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts it is authorized to manage.
- Managing posts and content — creating, scheduling, and publishing posts to connected accounts.
- Comments and messages — viewing and responding to comments and direct messages from their customers in one inbox.
- Account activity and performance — reviewing recent activity and engagement across connected accounts.
- AI-assisted workflows — the EVA assistant drafts suggested replies and content that the business reviews, edits, approves, or rejects, supported by a knowledge base the business maintains.
Meta Platform Data
- Facebook and Instagram data is accessed only after a customer authorizes the connection for accounts they control.
- That data is used only to provide the Pompato functionality the customer has requested.
- Platform Data is not sold.
- Disconnecting an account removes it from the customer's workspace: Pompato stops importing content from it, publishing to it, and responding to new activity on it. Customers can also remove Pompato's access entirely in their Facebook or Instagram account settings.
- Stored data can be deleted through our published deletion-request process.
